At Kosher Graphics, we are committed to providing high-quality graphics and a robust editing platform.
To maintain the integrity of our work and ensure a consistent user experience, please follow the guidelines below when using our site.

Editing on Canva / Other Platforms

Uploading incomplete designs—such as those missing key details like dates or times—with the intention of finalizing them later on Canva or other external editors is strictly prohibited.

You are, however, permitted to share or upload fully completed designs (including dates and times) to social media, email, websites, and print platforms.

Our graphics are designed to be edited entirely within the Kosher Graphics platform. Once outside of our platform, we cannot guarantee how designs will be used or prevent potential redistribution or resale, even if unintended.

If you find that Kosher Graphics lacks certain features available on platforms like Canva, please contact us. We are continuously working to improve our platform and will strive to accommodate your needs.

One Person/Organization per Account

Each account is intended for a single personal or legal organization.  Sharing your account with others outside of your organization is not allowed.  (If you want to share a specific design you can click the "Share" button at top right in the editor).  This means that extended family members, friends, or other organizations (even within your city) cannot use your account, even if they are also customers of Kosher Graphics.

Since we offer unlimited downloads, we don't want this feature abused.  

Reselling

You are not allowed to resell our work in any form.  All our graphics are original creations and reselling would be g'neiva (stealing).  

Copying

Our graphics, designs, and text are protected by copyright and/or other laws.   Please don't reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute our content.

Other Items

  1. Marketing Emails:
    • When you create an account or place an order, we'll send you occasional marketing emails.
    • You can opt-out of these emails if you don't want to receive them.
  2. We're Not Responsible:
    • We're not responsible for any problems that might arise when you use our website or services.
  3. Limit of Liability:
    • We won't be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that might arise from your use of our website or services.
  4. Account Monitoring:
    • We reserve the right to monitor accounts that are suspected of violating these terms of use. If we find evidence of abuse, we may suspend or terminate the account without notice.
  5. Entire Agreement:
    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
